Service Description
Agency Portfolio is a more complete session designed for anyone who wants to create or significantly refresh their portfolio and needs a wider variety of images than a basic update provides. It is a great option for children, teenagers and adults who already work with agencies, as well as for those who are just starting out and need their first professional set of photographs for agency submissions, castings or their portfolio. The session takes place during the Agency Test Day in Madrid and includes a 50-minute photo session. This gives us more time to create a varied selection of images and work with different framing, expressions, movement and photographic styles. The package includes 2 looks and 2 backgrounds, allowing us to combine clean, natural and versatile portraits with images that have a stronger fashion or editorial feel. You do not need to know how to pose. Throughout the session, I will guide you with posture, hands, expression, eye contact and movement. When working with children, the session is always adapted to their age and personality. Agency Portfolio: - 50-minute photo session - 2 looks - 2 backgrounds - 12 professionally edited digital photos of your choice - private online gallery for selecting your images After the session, within 10 working days, you will receive a larger gallery of professionally edited photographs, from which you can choose the 12 images included in your package. If you would like to expand your selection, additional photos are available for €10 each. You can also add Polaroids / Digitals for €20, including 4 simple photographs showing your current appearance and body shape. A €40 booking fee is required to secure your session and is deducted from the total package price. If you book for siblings or several members of the same family, please let me know - the second and each additional person receive a €10 discount on their package. Time spent changing clothes, preparing the next look and changing the background, set or arrangement is included in the session time. Late arrival will not extend the session and may limit the number of looks, backgrounds or different types of photographs that can be completed. Participation in Agency Test Day does not guarantee agency representation, paid work, casting opportunities or publication of the photographs.
Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT & GALLERY The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the session, unless agreed otherwise. Extras must be paid before download. Within 10 working days, you will receive a private gallery with fully edited photographs to choose from: approximately 15-30 images with Pack Esencial and 30-50 images with Pack Completo. Additional photographs cost €10 each. The full gallery is available with either package for €130. RAW files and unedited photographs are not provided. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the session. The €40 booking deposit is non-refundable. If the session is rescheduled within this period, the deposit will be transferred to the new date. Changes made later are subject to availability and may require a new booking deposit. Each session may be rescheduled once. Failure to attend without prior notice will result in a charge of 75% of the booked package. Joint bookings are subject to separate terms and their discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
