Cancellation Policy

BOOKING Submitting a booking request through Wix does not automatically confirm your session. Your booking is confirmed once the photographer has verified availability, you have accepted the booking terms, and the €40 booking deposit has been paid within 3 days. If the deposit is not received, the request may be cancelled. The final location will be agreed after confirmation, depending on the session type and availability. PACKAGES & DURATION Pack Esencial: €129 · approximately 45 minutes · 7 edited digital photographs · 1 look. If time allows, a second look may be included. Pack Completo: €179 · up to 60 minutes · 15 edited digital photographs · up to 2 outfit changes (maximum 3 looks). Extra time must be arranged in advance: €80 for one additional hour outdoors or €110 in the studio. This allows more time, extra outfit changes or a greater variety of locations, but does not increase the number of photographs included in the package. PAYMENT & GALLERY The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the session, unless agreed otherwise. Extras must be paid before download. Within 7 working days, you will receive a private gallery with fully edited photographs to choose from: approximately 25–50 images with Pack Esencial and 40–70 images with Pack Completo. Additional photographs cost €10 each. The full gallery is available with either package for €130. RAW files and unedited photographs are not provided. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the session. The €40 booking deposit is non-refundable. If the session is rescheduled within this period, the deposit will be transferred to the new date. Changes made later are subject to availability and may require a new booking deposit. Each session may be rescheduled once. If weather conditions make an outdoor session unsafe or unsuitable, a new date will be arranged without losing the booking deposit. Failure to attend without prior notice will result in a charge of 75% of the booked package. Joint bookings are subject to separate terms and their discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
